Spacious rooms that are super clean and modern. The staff here is really nice and friendly, they truly care about making your stay great. The location couldn't be better, with a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport 🚌.

I liked the location, proximity to the airport. Good shuttle service. Flight status board was good idea.

No refrigerator and microwave in room, especially if stay is 2 days or more. Assigned a handicapped room without having been asked. I had to request change to another room. Excercise room bikes malfunctioned often.

There was a lot of noise in the first floor where I got my room.

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect with amazing views and close to shopping and dining options.

Very tidy airport hotel

We had a huge room with a delightful view. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast choice was relatively cheap. The location of the property was the best and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

No maidservice on day we didnt leave sign had to call front desk 2 x be for someone came and took trash and gave clean towels nothing else was done!!

Heat didn't work, couldn't check into room until after 6:00pm.plus it was a big centipede in my room.

The service here was excellent, and the airport shuttle went above and beyond our expectations, plus the double room we stayed in had a spacious, large bathroom that was huge.

Front desk staff was friendly.

Very bad house keeping, worst i have experienced. Did not even have in room dining menu available. Said that they were out of copies!! Kept me on hold on the phone twice for almost 20 mins. Took them 30 mins to bring toothpaste to the room.

This place is beautifully decorated and peaceful, with friendly staff, a convenient lobby bar, a lovely pool, and well-equipped rooms overlooking a cozy atrium.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, especially those with a balcony or a window facing inside toward the atrium, are comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a great bonus.

One of the panels on the front of the sink in the bathroom was about to fall off. The entire bathroom was not in good shape. I expected better from a Sheraton.

I love that you can watch the kids swim from the balcony above the rooms Also the rooms are very well kept and clean very respectfull guess services as well
